Choose the right size

Beats earphone comes with earplug caps. Please choose the one you feel most comfortable and have the best sound experience.

Stuff in or out

If your earplug-in headphones have not yet been fitted with earplug caps, please choose a pair of earplug caps and install them. Then slightly insert the earplug cap into the ear. You can adjust the earplug cap until it feels like it won't fall off.

If you want to remove the earplug cap, gently twist it into the earphone and pull it out of the ear.

Clean earplug cap

Gently remove the earplug cap from the earphone. If they are not removed from the headphones before cleaning the headphones, the headphones may be damaged.

Remove dust and wax from earplugs with warm water and a wet cloth dipped in neutral soap. Do not use irritant cleaning products.

Rinse the soap thoroughly with warm water.

Let earplug cap air-dry naturally.

Make sure that the earplug cap is dry before putting it back into the earphone.
